In most cases we can remove the existing rotten window sill, side trim and head trim and replace with new plastic trim.  We remove the rotten area, weather proof the area behind the trim, apply sealant and install new plastic trim.  This procedure extends the life of the existing window, door or exterior trim.  Remember, water entering your home will be costly and lead to future rot, mold and insects.
